Our client is an accredited financial planning firm that has been offering fee-based advice for 16 years, their clients are at the heart of everything they do and due to their high level of service, they continue to grow. Their continual growth has seen them develop their team and their existing administrator is looking to step into a trainee paraplanner role therefore they are looking for a keen administrator to join them.
The firm has a strong track record of developing their employees so this is an ideal role for someone who is keen to build their career in financial planning. The team is looking for a strong administrator, ideally with experience of working in financial services though this is not a pre-requisite. The successful candidate will join a team of 10 to help provide a high level of service to clients; being the first point of contact for all client calls and enquiries, it’s important for applicants to have a good telephone manner, strong communication skills and ambition to take exams to improve their knowledge.
The office environment is incredibly team orientated and ambitious but also flexible in regards to work/life balance. They are sensitive to commutes/ family life and ambitions.
In return for your hard work and commitment to the company, you will receive an incredibly attractive salary, 5% pension contribution on top of your 1% contribution and 20 days holiday in addition to have the whole of Christmas and New year off.
