Our client is a leading UK merchant banking group. They provide a range of services including lending, securities trading and wealth management. They provide a range of financial education, advice and investment management, helping clients to secure their financial future.
The role involves winning new target UK employers and developing relationships for the wider distribution of the Company’s range of financial education and advice services within the employer channel. Performance is defined in terms of developing, winning and maintaining B2B relationships within own defined sales territory and securing profitable business flows in line with targets.
This role will require you to win new B2B accounts and implement services, assisting in widening the distribution of the company’s financial education services via partnerships and associations. You will need to be able to put a business proposal together and provide assistance in pitching for new business. Attend exhibitions, conferences, employer bespoke benefit fairs and other business acquisition events.
The successful candidate will be able to show a proven track record of a successful sales background gained in a similar role within the financial education industry. You will have significant experience in winning and managing (large, FTSE 350) employer mandates and will have exceptional client servicing skills, maintain your own continual professional development, plan and organise your own diary and keep internal CRM system up to date.
This is a home based role, so you will need to be self-motivated, however, you will work within a very supportive team who communicate regularly.
