Corporate client administrator – Surrey

We are currently working closely with a chartered financial planner in Cobham, Surrey.  They give whole of market advice to private, professional and corporate clients.  They established themselves in 2005 and currently have in excess of £2bn of client assets under management.

Their corporate administration team is incredibly busy and requires an extra pair of hands to provide administration support to their Corporate Client Advisers.  The role will see the successful candidate processing new business and servicing existing clients, answering their enquiries either via telephone, email or post, and preparing files in preparation for adviser/client meeting.  The administrator will be responsible for obtaining client valuations, updating the internal CRM system and dealing with adviser charging, fee, commission and enquiries.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar environment previously and have experience and knowledge of Group Life, Income, Protection, Group personal pension, PMI and employee benefits.

Candidates that apply and have experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Office/IT skills. Working knowledge of Iress, Financial Express Analytics and Voyant/Moneyscope cash flow systems will be at an advantage.

The salary on offer is up to £26,000 with additional and attractive benefits.
