Employee Benefits Paraplanner

Recruit UK are actively working with a top 20 accountancy and Finance firm who have offices situated throughout the UK.

They have a successful employee benefits department based within their London office and currently require a Level 4 diploma qualified Paraplanner to work closely with the employee benefits advisers and undertake research, due diligence and prepare suitability reports.

This role will focus on developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and product providers, ensuring the smooth running of processes and business applications.

You will carry out general paraplanning duties, therefore will have at least 2 years’ experience of working as a paraplanner and carrying out research, report writing, valuation preparation and with relevant working knowledge of employee benefits.

This firm require someone who has already obtained the level 4 financial diploma and who is highly organised, proactive, has good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a confident relationship builder and those who demonstrate the drive to succeed could have the opportunity to further their career.

In reward for your hard work and commitment you will receive a generous basic salary c£35k and a good benefits package including company pension, generous holiday and private health scheme, as well as the chance to join a sociable and successful business.
