We are working with a National Based Financial Services firm that has offices up and down the UK. They provide financial advice to private and corporate clients with an emphasis on taking a personal approach to each client and ensuring that each client receives thorough financial counsel. Their average client has over £400k of investable assets and they are a true Independent Advisor.
Their office in London requires an experienced administrator with experience of working with both Private and Corporate Clients. This is very much a hybrid role which will offer variety and significant responsibility to a self-motivated, knowledgable and driven individual.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administration of Group Schemes
- Uploading of Pension Contributions
- Group Life and Income Protection schemes
- Assist in the preparation of Suitability Reports
- Build and maintain Client and Provider relationships
The successful candidate will need to have strong knowledge of the following policies: Death in Service, Income Protection, Critical Illness and Private Medical Insurance. Good numeracy and organisation skills are necessary along with an ability to pay close attention and take a flexible approach to changing and high pressure environments.

Working hours are 9-5 with 1 hour lunch. They also provide full exam support towards professional qualifications.
