We are working with a firm of chartered independent financial advisers based in central London.  They are one of the top 25 IFAs in the UK and they provide wealth management advice to professionals, individuals, charities, trusts and companies.  Their clients come from many walks of life and most require guidance to invest their assets responsibly.

They currently have 5 administrators and are seeking a 6th to complete their team.  Due to a change in process, they are currently restructuring from having a pool of administrators to assigning one adviser, two paraplanners and an administrator to work together to successfully service Clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced IFA administrator, ideally with a minimum of 4 years’ under their belt.  Requirements of the role are to process and submit applications, manage client portfolios on platforms including setting up income payments, investing, disinvesting and transferring assets.  Maintaining client files and updating internal CRM system (Xplan), ensuring that AML documents are on file and that all work processes and documents are compliant.  The role also requires someone who can send client communication and write templated suitability letters.

In order to apply for the role, you will need to have a demonstrable track record of having worked in a similar role previously, ideally you will have gained some industry related qualifications and be working towards the diploma in financial services, and be keen to take on a paraplanner role in the future.
