Financial Planning Administrator – Leading South West Firm

We are currently representing a very well-known client. They are a leading firm of Chartered Accounts, Tax Consultants and Financial Planners. They specialize in providing high quality advice to businesses and individuals. Their well trained and quality staff are crucial to obtain a good record of helping businesses and individuals achieve their objectives.

Our client is currently looking for an Administrator to join their financial planning department in their Taunton office. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to consultants
  • Ensuring all client information is entered into client database system
  • Deal with enquiries preparation of client valuations and reviews
  • Processing new business

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. It is essential you have good people skills both in the office and when dealing with client care e.g. on the telephone. Our client would prefer you to have a good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office and ideally previous experience using databases such as Virtual Cabinet Paperless office system and Avelo/lress or something similar.

This job opportunity offers a fantastic work place in the south west with a competitive and flexible benefits package. The salary will be based on the skills, qualifications and experience however it will be ranging from £18,000 to £22,000.
