Head of Client Support – London

We are working with one of our national clients on a role that is of a senior/ management level, within client administration. The organisation provides financial advice to private and corporate clients up and down the UK, aiding with retirement planning, Investment and Savings, Life and Pensions and Protection. The role will be based out of their London office working with their financial planning team to provide an incredibly high standard of service and support to their private clients.

The role will see the successful candidate lead the administration team, therefore candidates who wish to apply will need to demonstrate significant experience of private client administration within a wealth management/ IFA environment. The role holder will be the ‘go to’ person within the team for technical queries and complex cases. Not only with the role holder be involved with administering client portfolios, but they will be managing workflow and delegating work to the rest of the administration team. The role requires experience of administering client portfolios on a range of platforms and back office systems, a knowledge of products/ services and investment wraps, a general understanding of the financial planning process and strong organisational and ownership abilities. The Head of Client support role will also involve carrying out appraisals so the role holder will need to have experience of managing people which is a key skill.

The role is paying a competitive salary of £31,000-£37,000 + benefits.
