We are working with a medium sized independent Advisor who typically advise HNW individuals and companies employing 500+. The majority of their business is introduced to them by other professional bodies and they are well Networked in the North London area where they are based.
They seek a client review administrator to join the client review team. The role holder will be responsible for the management of client reviews and therefore will need to have a full understanding of client review process. The successful candidate will create reports of pending client reviews, contact clients to arrange the review meetings and then ensure that all relevant paperwork and information is included within the client file for the review to be carried out. To ensure that all of the information and paperwork is up to date, valuations will need to be obtained from providers and internal systems updated.
This is an incredibly busy role that demands a high level of organisation, an ability to communicate effectively with clients, providers and colleagues and an ability to manage workload within time schedules. You will need to be clear and concise when agreeing review times and arrangements and able to manage the review process from a distance.
