We are working with a growing financial planning firm in the centre of Bath who are looking to take on a sales support administrator to work directly with the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
Ideally you will have previous financial services administration experience within either a financial planning, Product provider or Mortgage firm.
You will be involved with a fun and friendly atmosphere where you will receive support with training and development. Should you want support with qualifications this is also something that will be on offer.
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills, be able to communicate well as you will be dealing with both clients and providers your main duties will include but not be limited to:
Handle all incoming calls/emails in a professional and efficient manner
Managing customer queries
Working closely with the financial adviser and manage their diary
Processing new business
A basic salary of up to £23,000 is on offer for the right candidate.
