Their financial advice and investment management services are provided by highly qualified professionals with experience of servicing clients for many years, through different economic cycles. Their advice and investment capabilities has been recognised by a number of industry awards.
They tailor their services to clients with different levels of wealth throughout the UK and believe in building long-term relationships with their clients based on trust and high levels of service.
Their London office is looking for a financial planning administrator to join them. The duties of the role include:
- Request and obtain information from providers on behalf of the Paraplanner and Advisor
- Undertake research to allow the paraplanner and advisor to make recommendations
- Prepare information and reports for analysis
- Ensure data and applications are appropriately recorded
- Understand and adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy
To be successful in the role you will need to have an understanding of the financial advice/ corporate advice process, have the ability to work within defined processes without supervision, be able to multi-task and prioritise own workload, have a can do attitude and be assertive when speaking to product providers and colleagues as well as strong communication and IT skills.
Ideally you will have started to work towards the diploma in financial services and be committed to improving your knowledge through exams.
