Our client is a Chartered IFA with offices across the South of England. They are a forward thinking financial planning and wealth management business that provide independent advice to a range of clients including Individuals, Businesses, Trusts & Charities. They work closely with clients to provide holistic advice that encompasses all of their affairs. We have seen them grow rapidly since their inception 12 years’ ago and they have an intention to continue their successful growth.
Their office on the South London/ Surrey border is one of their busiest offices and they seek an Administrator who can assist their financial planning team to ensure the highest quality of support is provided to their clients. The role is to submit new business applications and provide a high level of ongoing service to existing clients. The Administrator will be the main point of contact for clients so beyond carrying out general administration, the successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the financial planning process, a broad knowledge of product providers and will be able to deal with or direct enquiries in an efficient manner. The role will also involve managing advisor charging, fees and commission payments.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience within a financial services environment, with strong communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to plan and organise their own day.
