Our client is a chartered financial planning firm in the City of London that have been operating for 15 successful years. They provide financial planning and investment advice to Individuals, Charities, Trusts and Companies and due to the number of their advisors who are affiliates of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners are able to represent both individuals and professionals on the most complex and challenging areas of advice.
The majority of their clients are HNW and UHNW and have either inherited their wealth or have accumulated from earning high salaries. They have been voted as one of the top 25 IFA’s in the UK and they offer a highly personable and attentive service to their clients.
They seek an experienced administrator to join their existing team. You will work alongside a small team of administrators and paraplanners to help service the client book of one or two advisors. For this particular position, experience is key and they do require someone who can hit the ground running. Their ideal candidate will be someone that has previously worked within and IFA environment, someone who has experience of XPLAN and or Advisor Office would be at an advantage but this isn’t a pre-requisite. Ideally, the candidate will have experience of dealing with different Wrap providers and also experience of speaking to HNW individuals.
This role doesn’t require you to be diploma qualified, however they are ideally looking for candidate who are studying towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning through the CII.
