IFA administrator – London

We are working with a Chartered Financial planners based in Central London  who pride themselves on providing ethical advice to clients from all walks of life.  They have been on a continuous path of growth since their inception in 2000 and still continue to attract fee earners to their existing team of 30.  Due to their growth, they seek colleagues to work with them in a support role and their most recent employment has been a technical paraplanner to support two Partners of the business.

They now seek an administrator to work alongside the technical paraplanner, to assist with the ongoing servicing of the clients of two partners.

 

Their ideal candidate would be part qualified with some RO exams through the CII already under their belt, with 1-2 years’ experience as an IFA administrator.  Although, someone who hasn’t yet started their qualifications and has one years’ experience would also be considered.

 

The role will involve updating client conversations and documents on to the CRM System and ensuring that their file is completely up to date.  Helping to prepare client files ready for review, to include obtaining valuations and statements.  The role will involve speaking to clients either via email or telephone and directing enquiries as necessary and maintaining the relationship between the client and the firm.

 

Salary is negotiable dependent on your experience and qualifications.  My client is offering personal development including support towards study and exams as well as an opportunity to progress within the company.
