We are looking for an administrator to work for an independent financial advisor based in Wimbledon. My client is a small boutique advisory company that has clients who are primarily ‘HNW’ or ‘UHNW’ who are based in London and surrounds; they provide advice on a whole host of financial needs and require an administrator who has worked in a similar environment previously to assist with the application of new business, updates of CRM system and client files and general administration including the chasing of policy and providers to ensure that business is appropriately set up.
The role has the potential to develop into a paraplanner position, so finding an IFA administrator who has ambition would be an ideal solution for my client. They would assist with exam support and development into the paraplanner role. You must have good written and verbal skills, be clearly spoken and be able to work at a fast pace to keep up with the general office flow.
