With over ten years’ growth, this firm provide their advisers with a great deal of support to facilitate client relationships. This includes Paraplanning and Administration support, coupled with a high level of targeted business development, a dedicated management team and professional approach.
The firm is chartered, so ideally they seek advisers who are already qualified to this standard or on route to obtaining. You will be experienced in working with HNW clients and have or have had a client following in the past.
This is initially a Home based position which will involve regular travel across Dorset / Somerset to meet the needs of your clients and the business, however future plans to build local offices within close proximity of their advisers is in discussion. Until then, you will have access to first class systems and support to deliver a high standard of service.
A salary up to £75k per annum is on offer for the right candidate and the incentives are good with only twice validation to get to bonus. This is on top of a professional business culture, with than an extensive list of benefits.
