Are you a paraplanner looking to become an adviser? Would you like to be involved in all client meetings and take ownership and manage the client relationship?
Whether you have just qualified and are new to role, or on your way to being chartered, this firm welcomes paraplanners of all levels. They are passionate about supporting their people on their journey to becoming a quality adviser.
Over time, you will acquire a client base. Clients will be sourced from natural hand-over of non-core clients from the Financial Planner, from the ‘orphan’ client bank within the firm, and your own marketing efforts. Due to the nature of the role, being far more involved that just paraplanning, the title for this position is a Client Manager.
The role of the Client Manager
- Ownership of the client file, from the Client Service Agreement, to VoI documents to reports and evidence of research
- Ensuring client records are fully recorded and accurate, across Adviser Office, server records, Voyant and the client portal
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the clients, keeping them informed, answering queries and arranging review meetings
- Completing relevant research and analysis of client future and existing arrangements, with continual reporting of relevant information via the client portal
- Sourcing clear and relevant investment reports and commentaries in line with client objectives, our investment philosophy and regulatory requirements ï· Completion of quarterly valuations
- Extensive use of research tools and excel, along with regular application of tools on our wrap platforms, chiefly Ascentric, InvestCentre and FundsNetwork
- Working with and supporting the team members of the firm, including other CMs
- Paying up to £60K (DOE) + plus 20% of gross initial revenue of self-generated clients
