Recruit UK are working with a reputable Chartered financial planning firm who are looking to take on a Platform Administrator to join their Cheltenham office. You will be working closely with the back office support team and will report into a senior team manager.
Your duties will include:
¥ Build and implement control reports on the strategic retail platforms to improve its operational effectiveness.
¥ Assisting with the development and maintenance of the broader MI System.
¥ Providing administration support to ensuring the smooth integration of acquired clients. This will include inputting client data into their back-office system, maintenance of records, liaising with product providers and insurance companies.
¥ Providing administration support to the finance team.
¥ Administering all scheduled and ad hoc operational activities efficiently through carrying out bulk and ad hoc funding of ISA portfolios, monitoring portfolios and identifying any process improvements.
There is scope within this role to develop into other areas of the business. The company will fund your financial planning exams whilst providing fantastic benefits and a very competitive salary. Candidates will ideally have previously worked within a retail Platform or Provider, however forward thinking; motivated and intelligent candidates will also be considered.
