We are working with a leading national adviser to both corporate and private clients across the UK. They pride themselves on giving impartial advice around a range of subjects relating to the wealth and financial planning for individuals and businesses and offer Pension and retirement planning, saving and Investment planning along with model portfolio access for those who wish to invest lump sums or on a regular basis.
Their office in London, near to the City and Whitechapel, is looking for a senior administrator to join their Private client team. This opportunity will see you playing an integral role within their business, assisting with the servicing of ongoing business and existing clients as well as the onboarding of new clients and the development of the relationship between the client and advisor.
The job will include the onboarding of new clients and setting up of client files, ensuring that they contain all relevant compliance documents. The processing of policies, chasing through to successful set up. Obtaining quotes and valuations updating appropriately on client files ready for client review. The transfer of policies and closure of accounts. The setting up of income payments and withdrawals. Speaking to providers, clients and advisers to communicate and access client situations.
Successful candidates will need to have strong communication skills, excellent organisations skills and an ability to prioritise workload and be efficient with time.
