Quality Assurance – Cirencester – Part Time

recruitukltd Salary: Up to £30,000

The main focus of this role is for you to carry out quality control checks on work completed by the file checking team and providing feedback to the department.

You will be analysing cases to identify the root cause of any quality issues which may prevent first time applications for advisers. Once the quality issue has been raised you will then be responsible for making recommendations and implementing preventative measures.

You will be responsible for identifying themes and or training needs resulting from the quality control.

Ideal candidates will be part qualified and keen to continue with their exams to attain their level 4 diploma. You will have a good understanding of the advice process and ideally have previous experience within a compliance or technical role.
