We are currently representing one of the leading providers of wealth and investments to private clients. They are looking to grow their Bristol office by taking on a Legacy Review Administrator on a 12 month FTC project within their Client Operations team.
Your role will include ensuring the fair treatment of the clients. You will be expected to analysis the existing back book as well as capturing client information by pro-actively communicating with the customers. You must be aware of the regulatory requirements in order to review the documents best practice.
We are looking for someone with financial services experience as well as experience working within process mapping and process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as being an excellent communicator with good presentation skills.
This role would suit anyone who has a background within compliance / Process Improvement / Risk. You must also have a background within financial services as well as being a tenacious self-starter who can build relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
