Self Employed IFA – West Midlands

Our client is a privately owned IFA company with offices throughout the UK.

They offer a high quality, bespoke financial planning service on an independent basis and are financially sound with c£30bn under management.

They currently have a number of opportunities for ambitious, professional financial planning professionals who are keen to work with a forward-looking financial planning organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced Financial Adviser who ideally has a good client following.

Splits are highly competitive at 80/20 with no monthly fees for support or upfront costs. IFA’s are primarily home based, however there is an office in Birmingham to work from if based within the West Midlands.

Our client want to support their advisers , so on joining this firm, you will receive admin and paraplanning, a branded stationary pack, help with lead generation and a dedicated training supervisor to provide one to one training and file checking with no pressure on targets- just pure support. There is also an incentive to save for a lump sum payment.

There is a strong emphasis on growth within the company, with the current level of advisers looking to double within the following 2 years, so this opportunity would suit an IFA who has the tenacity and commitment to be part of an expanding firm and who have a strong business plan in place to attract c £10m aum over a 2 year period.
