My client is an established independent Investment firm with offices based across the UK. Due to the progression of a member of their team, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Client servicing administrator to join them in their modern Manchester based offices.
The role involves handling and responding to all client enquires in a polite and professional manner, valuation production and encashment processing, providing information in preparation for annual review meetings with clients and general administration duties. The role will quickly progress into managing a bank of clients and the candidate will be responsible for looking after all aspects of ongoing client servicing, including carrying out annual telephone reviews as well as all previously mentioned tasks.
As the majority of clients are recipients of personal injury awards, many are classed as vulnerable clients and hence continuity of service is critical and as the role will involve looking after a bank of clients, it is essential that you are a committed individual. You must be able to exhibit good communication skills, both written and verbal and in addition to this you must be able to multi-task and plan and manage a heavy workload.
Flexibility, willingness to learn and attention to detail is essential and an ideal candidate will have some financial services qualifications and/ or will have gained client servicing skills whilst working in a client contact or correspondence based environment.
In return you will receive a salary of around £22k.
