Our client is a market leading FTSE 100 company that offers wealth management services to individual clients, businesses and Trustees across the UK. Their team of professionals ensure that the clients wealth portfolio is reviewed throughout the client’s lifecycle, appropriate to the clients’ individual circumstances, needs and future aims and goals.
Their team in Leicester requires a senior administrator to join them to provide support to one or two financial advisers that are fairly new to the business. The company is growing and the role is demanding and busy, therefore the team requires the successful candidate to have the ability to make an immediate impact to their workflow. You will need to have a strong knowledge of pension and investment products and services as well as an understanding of how to successfully administer a client’s investment portfolio. You will have a deep understanding of the advice process, compliance and regulation within financial services and you will be able to apply a great deal of common sense to this position.
This is a senior/ technical role, so experience is a requirement and we will need to see a solid work history within a financial services environment, candidates from a wealth management background will be at an advantage. You will also need to have experience of ‘suitability’ report writing, client management and competent IT skills.
Ideally, you will have gained industry recognised qualifications, though the diploma in financial services is not a requirement for this role but desire to obtain is an advantage.
