If you are an experienced and extremely organised administrator who has a knowledge or experience of working within the financial sector for at least 2 years, we would like to talk to you about a fantastic role that has become available with one of our clients in Wiltshire.
This is a boutique style wealth management company who specialise in giving financial advice to HNW Clients. They house a talented and friendly team within their busy office in Trowbridge and due to increase in business levels, they require a technical administrator to support the smooth back office process for their Paraplanners and Advisers.
The fast paced working environment means that the administration team work at a technical level so candidates will need to have a good understanding of Pensions, Investments and Insurance products. Some of the daily duties will include:
- Submitting new business applications for financial products on behalf clients
- Correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client
- Correspond and be a general liaison with the client
- Process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting
- Facilitate the annual review process of our clients
- Project work
Due to the busy environment, the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines is essential. You will be conversant in IT and Microsoft packages and will be able to quickly learn new systems. Our client offers a 3-month training programme, so you will be able to hit the ground running and be up to speed with the res of the team. You will be extremely client focused, presentable and have a superb telephone manner and ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
Salary on offer is £18k – a £21k you will also receive a company pension, quarterly bonuses, exam support and extra benefits.
