Our client is a national IFA with offices spread throughout the UK. Their regional offices provide a national presence and act as Hubs for advisors and support staff who are providing a service to clients local to them.
The Job Role
To provide administrative and report writing support to a team of advisors. Assisting with the ongoing servicing of a book of clients, ensuring that client files are up to date and maintained, prepared ready for client review and that advice is implemented. Assist advisory team with research and report writing.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting a team of advisors, understand the financial planning process and have a good level of knowledge of financial products. The candidate will be able to work compliantly and will adhere to internal procedure and policy. The candidate will maintain their own CPD and keep up to date with industry change. The role holder will also be actively working towards the Level 4 Diploma in financial planning.
