We are working with an administrator with over 15 years industry experience, supporting a team of advisers with ‘cradle to grave’ administration. Current responsibilities include setting up new client files, processing new business, ensuring that client files are compliant and contain relevant client agreements, applications and policy documents. First point of contact for all client queries that come in via telephone, mail or email. Excellent communicator with colleagues, clients and industry peers, particularly provider relationships.
Our candidate has been involved with some report writing and has a good understanding of Financial products and services. They have gained some relevant industry qualifications including CertPFS.
Keen to move into a client centric role, working within a team to provide a high level service.
