Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading international tax and wealth management firm in Mijas, Spain.

Nestled up high on the side of a mountain, offering panoramic views over the Costa del Sol, is the picturesque town of Mijas. It is located off the touristy Andalusian track, so it has great accessibility but retains its local charm year-round.

This is where you will find the office of this international firm; one of over 20 offices across Europe. They are a well-established company with a local feel, but an international presence. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team. The role will entail providing support to Private Client Advisers and ensuring that existing clients experience quality service.

Skills and experience required:

  • Administrative experience within financial services
  • A genuine desire to progress industry knowledge
  • Highly IT literate, including competence with full Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, with keen attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable in line with day-to-day circumstances
  • Experienced delivering excellent client service
