Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA administrator in Swansea to join a Boutique Financial Planning Practice.
Our client is a fully independent, well-established firm who needs an experienced professional to provide additional support within their back-office, administration team.
The role will include, but not limited to:
- Client Liaisons: point of communication between advisors and clients
- Processing new business
- Communicating with product providers
- General administration support: filing, scanning, data entry, ordering stationery, meeting room preparation, letters

- Work alongside professional Independent Financial Advisors and support staff

- Previous experience working within a financial planning firm – Essential
- Previous experience and knowledge working with IFA back-office systems and Microsoft office – Essential
