I am representing a successful independent financial adversary business who are enjoying a period of steady growth. A small firm who have established an impressive level of funds under management. They pride themselves in offering genuinely independent advice. Their clients are very loyal to their business and maintaining relationships with these clients through excellent customer service is a true focus of the business.
With assets under management raging from £50,000 to £2.5M not any two clients are the same meaning a bespoke service is required for each of their valued clients.
They are looking to bring an experienced administrator in to the business who has the technical knowledge and confidence in their own work to be able to support the existing team in their research and report writing.
There is already a successful paraplanning team in place who are processing the bulk of the work and doing a great job of maintaining their extremely high levels of customer service. This new role would be positioned alongside the existing paraplanning and administration team performing general administration and occasional report writing
To be successful in the role the candidate will need to believe in the importance of great customer service, they’ll also be organised and enjoy working as part of a team in a professional but fun environment.
To be considered for the role you will:
- Have a minimum of 12 months IFA administration experience
- Have a good understanding of the financial advice process
- Be computer literate and familiar with FE Analytics, Cashflow Forecasting, AVELO, Excel
