Job Description:

Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to join them and help drive forward their company mission within the South Wales area.

They are a national and historical financial planning organisation that is well established nationwide, they have a progressive outlook on their future plans and have a comprehensive product offering.

The Area Manager will be specifically responsible for the South Wales territory, leading a team of professional Financial Advisers to meet set targets and reach income budget for the Area in keeping with quality and compliance requirements. The role will entail working from home and will have high levels of independence and will suit a dynamic and experienced financial planning manager.

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (ideally working towards further examinations)
• Experienced and proven leader with successful management experience
• Demonstrated experience of working within the financial planning industry
• Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and challenge Financial Adviser
