Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a Financial Advice practice in Bristol.
This truly professional, dedicated, and passionate firm where clients are at the heart of all they do. Due to growth and progression within the company, they are looking for an administrator to join them. In order to be successful, you will be organized, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to show initiative.
The role:
You will assist the financial planners to ensure the clients are receiving the best support.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Answering letters and sending emails to clients/providers/planners.
- Implementing the recommendations made by the financial planners.
- Tracking new business generated by the financial planners.
- Put together client annual investment reviews and produce illustrations for recommendations.
- Keep records updated.
- Manage workflow and maintain organized office space.
- General admin including post, letters, emails, client calls.

- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- You will be organized, dedicated, and methodical.
- You have some experience in financial services and/or administration.
- Friendly communication skills.
- Desire to show initiative as well as knowing when to ask for support.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creative computer skills – particularly Word and Excel.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong team player.
