Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a Financial Advice practice in Ferndown.
This client is seeking a new administrator due to their continued growth, you will receive fantastic support to develop your career and will work as a part of a dynamic team!
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Update back-office systems and client files.
- Be a point of contact for client queries.
- Organize new business and review packs.
- Compile post-meeting packs and update all relevant information.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers.
- Prepare correspondence and reports including review and pre-completion of applications and other forms.
- Client valuations.
- Salary up to £24,000.
- Full training and support with exams/progression.
- Yearly bonus.
- Onsite parking.

- Experience as a financial administrator.
- Team player.
- Able to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances.
- IT literate with experience in Microsoft office, workflow, and financial CRM systems desirable.
