Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrator in Paignton to join an expanding Wealth Management firm.
This role is an IFA Client Administrator position, duties for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Write compliant and correctly formatted letters, inclusive of supportive documents
- Collate client information including policy information, up to date valuations and completion of money laundering processes
- Meeting preparation work – attend those meetings when appropriate
- Client and product research through various tools and systems as and when required
- Completion of Applications and scanning for records
- Provide Valuations of client’s affairs as requested either by the client or company
- Act as a consultant between the adviser and client when appropriate
- Respond to queries on behalf of the company, either to product providers or clients
- Client files to be updated in line with service agreements
- Support advisers and clients with paraplanning support. Including but not limited to research, client file work, administration letters, including any supportive documents to be provided to the client and/or saved to files
- Quarterly due-diligence conducted and filed correctly for providers
- Order and store required documents correctly
- Outgoing post duties
- Liaise with head office administration team when necessary
- Complete all tests and compliance literature when requested
- Remain aware of changes to wider firm intranet and compliance regulations
- Help and share best practices with the team
- Complete 35 hours of structured continuous professional development a year in line with adviser requirements. Time will be given to ensure this is completed.
- Salary £18,000 – £24,000 dependent on experience

- Experience within Financial Services specifically IFA practice desirable
- Working towards or already achieved DipPFS desirable
