Financial Services Administrator – Buckinghamshire

We are working with a financial services firm that provides advice to a variety of clients across the Buckinghamshire area. They have earned a respectable reputation and image and have nurtured a substantial client bank who mostly live locally. Due to expansion, they are now looking for and administrator to join them to ensure that they can maintain the high level of service that they have established and maintained throughout the business and for which their clients have now become accustomed. Their small team in Aylesbury are looking for someone to take over the main administration duties. Working alongside their financial planning team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the full team as well as act as the main point of contact for clients. You will organise meetings and manage the financial planners’ diary, ensuring that all client files are prepared prior to the client meeting/ review. The administrator will also be responsible for opening and maintaining client files, checking new business documentation and ensuring applications are processed. In order to be successful in the role applicants will need to have good Microsoft Office Skills and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have had two years’ experience of working in a similar role and preferably PA experience and will have obtained some industry related qualifications. The role is full time and permanent, and they really want someone who is looking to settle into a role and become an integral part of the team.
