Award-winning Independent Financial Advice company looking to strengthen and grow their team in Truro by recruiting an experienced IFA administrator to support their growing client base and field-based specialist team.
Duties include:
- Reception duties: meet and greet, answer calls, emails, diary management
- Filing, keeping documents updated and compliant
- Create and complete client’s packs
- Liaise with a sales team and their clients; public and businesses
- Experienced Financial Services Administrator
- A keen eye for detail, strong communication, telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast paced, busy office environment
- Excellent customer service
