Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator within a sociable team as part of an exceptional Wealth Management firm.
This role would be great for developing your skillset and gaining the experience that is a vital foundation for progressing into a Financial Services career.
The role includes:
- Working with Paraplanners and Advisers to support all aspects of the advice process
- Building a professional working relationship with your allocated Adviser
- Following workflows and processes showing regard to compliance
- Updating client management systems to keep accurate records
- Carrying out reception and ‘meet and greet’ task, answering phone calls
- Basic office admin tasks such as ordering stationery
- Supporting the Practice Director and team in the development and delivery of new processes
- Participating in ad hoc projects as required
- Salary Up to £23,000 (higher salary negotiable)

- At least 6 months of industry experience within an IFA practise or financial institution
- Grade B or above in GCSE Maths and English
- IT Literacy with experience using financial back-office systems
- Good level of competence in written, oral and mathematical skills
