There is a large emphasis on client relationships and my client is very interested in the client’s journey throughout their working life and post career. A true understanding of the client allows for efficient advice around Investments, Savings, Pensions, Property and Financial Protection.
Their office in Holborn is seeking an experienced administrator to join their technical support team. The role is an exciting position with in a well-established firm that offers excellent future possibilities and an interesting workplace to be a part of.
The job holder will be required to:
- Send periodic reviews to clients
- Put together client facing documentation such as fact-finds and review meeting paperwork
- General administrative tasks and support
- Process letters of authorities
- Assist paraplanners
- Update backoffice system
- Carry out periodic compliance reviews
- Organise team events and calendar management
The successful candidate will need to have at least 2 years’ experience working in a financial services background with a proven track record of supporting Advisers and Paraplanners. You will need to know how to manage client portfolios on investment platforms and be used to updating inhouse CRM systems, ensuring that you are adhering to Compliance requirements as well as inhouse policies and procedures.
The salary on offer is negotiable dependent on existing experience and knowledge.
