- Experience in an IFA environment (Desirable)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Virtual Cabinet (Desirable)
- Desire to develop professional knowledge
- Some awareness of FCA regulations and guidelines (Desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to deliver excellent client service
