Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Broker in Cardiff to join a Mortgage Company.
Our client is a Buy To Let Mortgage Brokerage who is looking for a highly motivated Mortgage Broker to join their firm. Due to continued growth throughout the pandemic and before, they are able to support the Broker with a strong lead source so you are able to concentrate on providing the best service for the client.
The role of the Mortgage Broker will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide whole of market service to intermediary and landlord customers
- Provide expertise on buy to let products
- Manage pipeline and workload
- Proactively contacting existing and new clients
- Building long-lasting and trusting relationships
- Keep up to date with products and regulations within the Buy to Let the market
