Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator in Gloucester to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a successful Financial Planning firm that works closely with clients, supporting them in reaching their Financial Goals. Due to continued growth within the firm, they are looking to take on an office administrator to support the Financial Advisers and back-office team.
The role of the office administrator will include, but not be limited to:
- Updating and maintaining client database
- Ensuring compliance standards are met at all times
- Processing new business
- Producing personalized client illustrations
- Contacting providers
- Other general office administrator duties
- Negotiable salary to suit your experience
- Flexible working
- Part-time/School hours
- 22 days holiday (pro-rata)
- On-road parking
- Must currently or very recently been working in an IFA administration position
- A keen eye for detail and ability to construct specific letters and reports
