Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a PA & Administrator in London to join a Financial Planning firm.

This award-winning Chartered financial planning firm provides wealth planning and investment management and are now looking for a driven and organised PA &Administrator to join their team.

Due to fantastic growth over the past couple of years, they have taken on some exceptional new hires and are continuing to grow their administrative team. You will be working closely with the client director, adviser team and clients, supporting where needed.

 

Administrator’s responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare for client meetings
  • Handle client queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintain all client information
  • Update and maintain internal office systems
  • Support the team when needed
  • Carry out client checks

 

PA responsibilities will include:

  • Organise meetings on behalf of Private Client Director
  • Support the Private Client Director
  • Manage calls and email queries
  • Organise travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Manage expenses

 

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working – home and office
  • Pension scheme

  • 9 am to 5:30 pm

 

 Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working as a receptionist, office assistant, PA or administrator
  • Experience in an independent firm within the financial services
  • Familiar with systems and software (iO)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an attention to detail
