Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner in Plymouth to join a Financial Planning Company.
This company provides high-quality advice to personal and corporate clients across the South West. They have multiple offices across the Devon region and due to company growth they are now seeking a Paraplanner to join one of their successful offices.
You will be required to work alongside Financial Advisers and other support staff to provide an exemplary service to the firm’s clients. Your duties as a paraplanner with include but not be limited to the following:
- Fact-finding and report writing
- Client Service / Review: you will be the contact for clients with any technical queries
- Prepare recommendations: you will complete and send documents, application forms, and suitability reports
- Teamwork: you will be required to work alongside the office team in order to provide the best service to the clients
- Compliance: you will maintain client records and update them in order to keep an effective audit trail, ensure company procedures are adhered to and ensure the company remains compliant to FCA regulations
- You will collate and pre-populate New Business, Servicing forms and application packs
- You will be required to produce and issue client fee invoices
- Salary £30,000 + completely negotiable dependent on experience

- You must be experienced as a paraplanner
- You will have obtained or be near Diploma qualified
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Driven with a hunger for the company and yourself to succeed

- Accuracy in the workplace can follow processes
