- Liaising with clients via telephone and in writing
- Preparation of suitability reports and preparing letters
- Photocopying, scanning, collating and dispatching reports and other documents
- Preparing client paperwork
- Book client meetings and manage the Investment / Wealth Managers diaries
- Meet and greet clients and colleagues
- Prepare meeting rooms and take minutes

- Reception or administration experience able to manage own workload – Essential
