Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Industry: Financial Services Location: Bristol Salary: £17,000-£35,000 OTE Ref: Bristol011 Job Description: What a fantastic year Recruit UK are having, we have doubled last year’s turnover, made some exceptional hires and handed out managerial and directorship roles. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated person to come and join our team, taking on the role of a 360 recruitment consultant or as a resourcer/delivery agent, located in our Bristol office right next to the local hotspots St Nicholas Market and Bristol’s diverse waterfront, full of an array of multi-cultural eateries, gyms and yoga studios.   Your role will be: Promoting a consultative approach in building relationships with both our clients and your candidates, being able to offer them solutions to their personal and professional problems Running email campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook with the help of our in-house Digital Marketing Building a digital audience, ensuring you are building your personal brand, all the while promoting Recruit UK Telephone interviewing candidates, screening them, making sure to match them with our client’s expectations Working as an individual but also as a team member, supporting, encouraging and developing your personal and team goals.   2 of our team members came into Recruit UK as graduates and both within just 3 -4 years have succeeded in becoming not only regional managers, in running their own desks but also directors of the company.
