Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Sales Team Manager in Bracknell to join a leading UK Estate Agency.

This award-winning firm is looking for someone with successful experience managing a sales team, as well as strong business and conveyancing knowledge to deal with complex queries. The position will be based out of the company Head Office, heading up a Specialist team.

The company offers comprehensive training, uncapped commission and a structured career path up to regional management level. This is a great chance for you to join a successful and expanding Estate Agency team that rewards and recognises excellence.

 

The Sales Team Manager must be able to:

  • Ensure that the Group sales pipeline turns at the required budgeted levels
  • Monitor employee performance through regular 1:1’s, reviews and team meetings
  • Manage resources/workflow across the team to ensure service standards are met
  • Influence positive change through team management and action planning
  • Provide advice on how to deal with difficult issues and deal personally with complex issues which require a high level of knowledge and expertise
  • Take over difficult cases to release staff to get on with volume transactions
  • Coach and develop the team to ensure staff have the right levels of business/conveyancing knowledge to deal with standard queries across key areas

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent team management skills, and previous experience managing a sales team within Estate Agency
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Ability to monitor, motivate and manage others
  • Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  • Ability to drive a team’s work output and sales of third-party services
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload
  • Legal right to work in the UK
