Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Technical Administrator in London to join a modern, growing Financial Advice firm. This is a small practice, with 3 Financial Planners and 4 support staff.
Due to continued success, they are looking to grow their technical support team. The team are very hands-on with the advisers and clients in this position, ideally, you will have experience in a similar area and possess the skills necessary to command such a fast-paced and exciting role.
Position tasks include but not limited to:
- The first point of contact for clients must provide excellent customer service and a professional image to the client at all times
- Provide support and assistance to Advisers and Clients
- Appropriately handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing a wide range of queries from clients and advisers taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner
- Diary Management
- Prepare meeting documentation for client meetings
- Communicate effectively with the Operations, client hubs and paraplanning teams.
- Ensure client reviews are progressed in a timely fashion
- Issue letters of authority and liaise with providers to obtain the required information
- Progress advice and new business cases via platform provider
- Placing and monitoring the sales process to ensure timely release of funds to clients
- Maintain system records to ensure complete and accurate client information
- Work closely and effectively with both internal colleagues and external providers
- Salary up to £30,000 + great benefits

- Flexible hours, usually Monday – Friday 9.00-17.00
- Experience within the financial industry advantageous
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst producing accurate, recorded work
- Ability to prioritise workload & recognise the service level demands
