We are working with a fully independent chartered financial planners who has gained a loyal, national client bank over the last 10 years’. Their offices in central London is the main hub, providing support to Advisors and Clients; they have their own in house administrators, paraplanners and compliance specialists who work together to ensure that the best advice and service possible is provided.
Their office in London is seeking a Senior Administrator/ Administration Manager. Their current administration team is made up of Junior administrators with little industry experience; therefore they require someone who can lead the team, provide support with more technical queries and get involved with more complex cases that requires a higher level of understanding.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and will be able to bring experience and knowledge to the team. The role will involve speaking to clients and dealing with or directing client queries, ensuring that all matters are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the oversight of new business administration and the ongoing servicing of client files and policies.
You will need to have experience of working with investment platforms, speaking to providers with a knowledge of life and pension products and a full understanding of the financial planning process.
The salary on offer is up to £32,000 with additional employee benefits.
