Recruit UK work alongside many high quality companies in the financial industry to assist them in finding high calibre employees. Our recent mandate is with a leading financial adviser who house themselves in the pretty village of Tetbury in the Cotswolds. They are seeking to expand their team with an experienced IFA Administrator.
The successful applicant will become a crucial member of the back office and advisory team, working alongside a paraplanner to ensure that invaluable support is provided and that the financial adviser can provide a smooth service and process to his clients.
As well as standard administration duties, the successful candidate will also process new business, prepare literature and packs for client meetings, be a point of contact for clients and third parties and carry out some technical research and report writing during busy periods.
We want to speak to individuals who can demonstrate at least 1 years’ experience in IFA or Life & Pensions Administration and who has a good working knowledge of the financial industry.
Applicants must be conversant with Microsoft programmes, such as word and excel, be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and numerical skills and be confident and professional in your communication.
