We are working with a fast paced, independent IFA practice that offers full financial planning to clients from all walks of life. Their small but well-designed team work hard to ensure that clients receive the most appropriate advice and the adviser is keen to employ an administrator to assist them with the ongoing servicing of their client bank.
The role will involve the administrator assisting with the preparation of client files prior to a meeting, this will involve obtaining valuations and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is held on file to be reviewed. The role will also involve the research of products and services, assisting with recommendations, submittal of new business and cradle to grave administration. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial products, FCA regulation and compliance.
The firm requires someone that can work at an equally fast paced as them, someone who is efficient and proactive and willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The perks of the role is that you will be submerged in all elements of financial advice and will be exposed to the full financial advice process. The adviser is keen on encouraging the team to be as highly qualified as possible so all industry related exams are fully supported.
